Terms of service

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Pricedger. We may update them; material changes will be announced in the product or by email, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance.

Pricedger is subscription software that analyses publicly available prediction-market data from Kalshi and Polymarket and publishes standardized model signals — a side, a maximum entry price, an estimated edge, a confidence level and a suggested allocation as a percentage of a model bankroll — along with research, scanning, paper-trading and performance-tracking tools.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that signals, probabilities, prices, settlement data or AI-generated analysis are accurate, complete, current or uninterrupted.

Event contracts are speculative and you can lose your entire stake. You accept all risk arising from any trade you choose to make.

Signals are standardized and identical for all subscribers. Nothing in the service is individualized investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and we do not consider your personal circumstances, positions or objectives. We do not manage or direct any account you hold.

You are responsible for your account credentials, for all activity under your account, for your own due diligence including reading each market's resolution rules on the exchange, and for every trading decision you make.

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use the service where you live. Prediction-market availability varies by jurisdiction and platforms operate different products in different regions. We do not determine your eligibility to trade anywhere.

Kalshi and Polymarket are independent third parties. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by either. Your relationship with any exchange is governed by that exchange's own terms, and we are not responsible for its conduct, availability, pricing or settlement decisions.

Market data is sourced from publicly available endpoints and displayed alongside our own derived analysis. You may use it for your personal research only. You may not scrape, resell, redistribute or build a competing data product from the service's output.

Parts of the service use automated language models and live web search. Such output can be incomplete or factually wrong, and must be independently verified before you rely on it.

Pricedger never places, cancels or settles orders and never holds, receives or transmits your funds. Portfolio figures in the product are hypothetical paper results only.

The service, its models, interface and content are owned by Pricedger and licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use for the duration of your subscription.

• Sharing your account or redistributing signals to non-subscribers.
• Automated scraping, bulk extraction or reverse engineering.
• Using the service to break any law or any exchange's rules.
• Interfering with the service's security, availability or other users.

Links to exchanges and news sources are provided for convenience and are not endorsements or invitations to trade.

Paid plans begin with a 7-day free trial requiring a valid card, one per customer. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan renews automatically at the published price each period until cancelled. Cancel any time in the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pricedger is not liable for trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify Pricedger against claims arising from your use of the service, your trading activity or your breach of these terms.

We will try to resolve disputes informally first. Failing that, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you and Pricedger each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Pricedger is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Questions: support@pricedger.com.
