Privacy policy

• Account data: your email address and authentication identifiers (including Google sign-in identifiers if you use it).
• Subscription data: plan, status, renewal dates and payment-processor identifiers. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
• Product content you create: predictions, paper positions, research notes and settings.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, error reports and basic usage logs.

We do not ask for your bankroll, account balances, net worth or brokerage credentials, and the product is designed so it never needs them. Any allocation figure shown is expressed as a percentage of a hypothetical model bankroll.

• To create and secure your account and authenticate you.
• To provide the product and store the research you create in it.
• To process subscriptions, trials, renewals and cancellations.
• To send service and alert emails you have enabled, which you can switch off in Settings.
• To diagnose errors, prevent abuse and improve the product.

• Our cloud and database host, which stores your account and product data.
• Our payment processor, which handles checkout, billing and the customer portal.
• Our email delivery provider, which sends account and alert emails.
• Our AI and web-search providers, which receive market questions and public market context when you run an analysis. We do not send them your identity or your saved research.

We keep account and product data while your account exists, and billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal data and your research content, retaining only what the law requires.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us and we will action the request.

We use cookies and local browser storage that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use them for cross-site advertising.

Pricedger is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
